Distance Selling Compliance
In accordance with UK food information regulations for distance selling, allergen information is provided on our website before purchase and is available at the point of delivery via the original manufacturer packaging.
We comply with The Food Information Regulations 2014 (as amended) and The Food Information (Wales) Regulations 2014 for prepacked food sold at a distance.

Our gift bouquets are assembled in a workspace where multiple chocolate brands and confectionery products are handled.
Whilst all products remain in their original sealed packaging, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens including MILK, SOYA, NUTS, WHEAT and GLUTEN due to the variety of products handled in our workspace.

Substitutions Policy
Occasionally, specific products may be substituted due to supplier availability. Any substitutions will be of equivalent or higher value and similar style.
