Shipping policy

We offer Free Next-Day UK Delivery — order by 3:00pm (Mon–Fri).

Handcrafted gifts deserve timely elegance. All orders are prepared gift-ready and packed glue-free in protective, double-walled boxes (with seasonal insulation/cool packs when needed).

Service area

  • We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Cut-off & dispatch

  • Order by 3:00pm (Mon–Fri)same-day dispatch.

  • Orders placed after 3:00pm, on weekends or bank holidays dispatch the next working day.

Delivery speed & carrier

  • Service: Royal Mail Tracked 24 which estimate a 1 working day delivery time (next working-day aim).

  • Delivery days: Monday–Saturday (no Sunday delivery).

  • Remote postcodes may take +1 working day: IV, HS, KW, ZE, PA20+, PH, IM, BT, GY, JE.

Tracked 24 estimates a 1 working day delivery time; however, disruptions due to the carrier, weather, or peak seasonal volumes can add an extra day. If your delivery date is fixed, please consider choosing an earlier day."

Tracking & updates

  • You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking. If tracking hasn’t arrived by 6pm on your dispatch day, please contact us and we’ll resend it.

Warm-weather & storage (chocolate care)

  • We pack in double-walled boxes; during warm spells we add insulation/cool packs where appropriate.

  • On delivery, move gifts to a cool, dry place promptly.

  • If your parcel arrives heat-damaged, email photos of the outer box, inner packing and item within 48 hours and we’ll replace or refund.

  • We can’t be responsible for heat damage that occurs after a successful delivery (e.g., left in sun or not collected in time after a missed delivery).

Address accuracy & missed deliveries

  • Please check your address and safe-place preferences at checkout. Delays can occur if an address is incomplete or delivery is attempted when no one is available.

  • If a parcel is returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery (additional postage may apply).

Lost or severely delayed parcels

  • If tracking shows the parcel was not delivered to your address, we will replace or refund.
