Cut-off schedule (quick guide)

Mon–Thu, order by 3pm: arrives next working day.

Fri, order by 3pm: arrives Monday.

After 4pm Fri or weekend orders: dispatch Monday, arrives Tuesday.

UK bank holidays: dispatch next working day.

Same day delivery is only available in shop location (Everyday).

Can I choose a specific date?

Next-day (Mon–Fri) is standard. If you need a particular date, add a note at checkout or contact us — we’ll do our best within courier limits.

Do you deliver on Saturdays?

Saturday delivery isn’t guaranteed by default. Message us before ordering if it’s essential.

What if the recipient isn’t home?

Couriers usually attempt redelivery or leave in a safe place/with a neighbour when authorised. Your tracking link will show the latest status.
