Ordered a lovely Lindt chocolate rose bouquet for my daughters 21st birthday her fave chocs it was so well wrapped and boxed with balloons aswell and a lovely little gift card a little extra gift that was so different the gift came with 20 chocolate I asked if they could possibly had an extra 1 to make 21 and they did just that would definitely recommend and I most certainly will use them again thank you so much 😊 💕

If I could only rate it as a 7* I would. Placed the order just b4 lunchtime yesterday & received it just After lunchtime today, was very happy with chocolates n flowers. Nothing was Damaged, well packed.

Lovely products, great customer service with speedy responses. Box arrived a bit squashed but item inside ok. May need stronger boxes. Looked like something had been stacked on top.
Placed a last minute order a day before needed and the item is lovely and was well received. Had an issue with parcel being sent to the wrong depot which resulted in the product being a day late. It was an error by the carrier. The seller couldn't have been more helpful and responded to my query within an hour, spoke to the courier and was very apologetic. Next time I will order in advance. The box however did arrive a bit squashed despite the handle with care label but luckily the item inside was bubble wrapped and was not damaged. May need stronger boxes. 100% would recommend and will buy from them again.
