Welcome to Pricious Handmade Gifts (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are a sole-trader business in the United Kingdom. Our online store is powered by Shopify and offers curated gifting arrangements (the “Services”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You confirm you are at least the age of majority in your region. You agree to provide accurate account and payment information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Our products

We sell handmade faux-silk floral and chocolate gift arrangements. We aim to describe and photograph products accurately; due to screen settings and handcrafted methods, slight variations in colour, finish or packaging may occur. We may update, modify or discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders and acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance. You will receive an order confirmation when your order is processed. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, pricing/stock errors); if payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund. 4. Pricing and billing

Prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Delivery charges (if any) are shown at checkout. You authorise us (and our payment providers) to charge your selected payment method for all amounts due. Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms.

5. Shipping and delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you only when the goods are delivered into your physical possession (or that of a person you nominate). We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control, but we will help you resolve issues. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All site content, logos, product designs, text and images are owned by or licensed to Pricious Handmade Gifts. You must not reproduce, distribute or adapt any content without our written permission.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

For online orders, you may have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, subject to legal exemptions (for example, unsealed food/chocolate, bespoke/personalised items, or goods likely to deteriorate rapidly). Faulty or not-as-described goods are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for how to cancel/return, what we refund, and who pays return postage. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

8. Third-party tools and links

We may provide links or access to third-party tools/services (including Shopify and payment processors). Use of third-party services is at your discretion and subject to their terms and privacy policies. We do not control or endorse third-party content.

9. Feedback and reviews

If you submit reviews, photos or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content for marketing and operational purposes. You confirm you own or have rights to the content and that it is lawful and non-infringing. We may moderate or remove submissions that breach these Terms.

10. Errors and inaccuracies

From time to time, information on the site may contain typographical errors or omissions (e.g., pricing, availability). We reserve the right to correct, update or cancel orders affected by such errors (with a full refund where payment was taken).

11. Prohibited uses

You must not misuse the site or Services, including by: engaging in unlawful activity; attempting to disrupt or compromise the site; scraping or unauthorised data collection; infringing intellectual property; or breaching our policies. We may suspend or terminate access where misuse is suspected.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, limitations of liability, governing law) will continue to apply.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as required by law, the Services and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement).

14. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to the foregoing, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Services or products. Your statutory rights are not affected.

15. Privacy and cookies

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice, which explain how we collect, use and protect your information and how you can manage cookies.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms or the Services.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
