Refund policy

At Pricious Handmade Gifts, every bouquets and gifts are crafted with care. Our policies are simple, fair and based on UK consumer law so you always know where you stand.

Change of mind (distance sales)

  • You may cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

  • After telling us, you have another 14 days to return the item.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging with chocolate/food seals intact.

  • Return postage (change-of-mind): paid by the customer (use any tracked service).

Faulty, damaged or not as described

  • Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can reject within 30 days for a full refund.

  • We will replace or refund and cover reasonable return costs (or provide a prepaid label).

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer box, packing and item so we can help quickly.

Exemptions (no returns unless faulty)

  • Personalised/bespoke items.

  • Items where food/chocolate seals have been opened after delivery.

  • Goods liable to deteriorate quickly.

How to cancel or start a return

Email pricious.handmades@gmail.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. We’ll confirm the return address and packing guidance.

Refunds

  • We process refunds within 14 days of receiving the return, to your original payment method.

  • We may make a reasonable deduction for diminished value if the item has been handled more than necessary to check it.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order once your return is approved.

Changed your mind before it ships? Email us and we’ll cancel and refund straight away.
